These are days of fear. Our world is full of medical, financial, political, emotional, and spiritual turmoil. People are afraid of what tomorrow will bring. Jesus, throughout His lifetime, went to many places and did many great things. While it is interesting and of great importance to see and focus on the places He was, we can learn many great things by looking at the places where Jesus did not stay. We can learn a great deal about the great example Jesus set by learning about what He left. We see an incredible pattern in His life as He left behind what was good for something better. God has given us the perfect example and gift of true love – His Son, Jesus. God, through the life and gift of His Son, has shown us what true, selfless love is; and He has shown us how we can love with this love.
